Borrowers Rejoice: A Treasury Benchmark Rate Fell To Record Low
On Tuesday, interest rates fell again as investors around the world moved money into safe havens, such as U.S. Treasuries. The 10-year Treasury note yield closed below 1.4 percent for the first time.
