China Says It Will Follow Through With Promises To Open Up Market To Foreign Automakers
China has announced it will take steps to make good on promises to open up to foreign automakers. In coming years, it will ease longstanding rules that were barriers for car companies like Tesla, Volkswagen and GM seeking a foot-hold in China.
