Supreme Court Upholds Hurricane Katrina Fraud Verdict Against State Farm
After Katrina hit in 2005, the insurance company ordered claims adjusters to misclassify wind damage as flood damage in order to shift liability to the U.S. government and spare State Farm's coffers.
