Oklahoma's Top Court Says Companies Can't Set Own Rules For Injured Workers
The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled it's unconstitutional for big companies such as Walmart and Lowe's to opt out of state workers' compensation insurance in favor of writing their own plans.
